You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

U.S. Health Information Privacy (HIPAA)

We understand that most of our U.S. customers are “Covered Entities” under the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ) privacy regulations.
